Half Marathon (13.1 miles)

Starting at 9:30am, the half marathon is the headline event of the day. The course begins on the seafront near Worthing Pier before heading through the town and out along the coast.

10K Race

The 10K, starting at 11:10am, offers a shorter but equally rewarding challenge.

Single-lap course along the coastal road

This race is particularly popular with those looking to improve their time, thanks to the “pancake flat” nature of the route and the supportive atmosphere along the promenade.

Family Mile

Rounding off the day is the Family Mile, beginning around 12:30pm, a relaxed and inclusive event open to all ages.
